Ridgeview has partnered with Crown College to create an Emergency Medical Training Institute (EMTI). Management of emergency medical training and certification classes has been transferred to Crown College through this partnership. The program offers a variety of CPR training, including Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers, required by health care and dental professionals; and Heartsaver CPR AED and Heartsaver CPR AED 1st Aid, for the general public and child care providers.
Located minutes from the Waconia campus in St. Bonifacius, Minn., Crown College is the administrator for CPR, ACLS, PALS, EMT and EMR classes - managing schedules, registration, certificates, equipment and instructors. The EMTI uses a blend of instruction and hands-on practice under the guidance of experienced instructors and evaluators. Classes are available to both EMS professionals and community members as multiple training locations.
For more information, contact Jeremy Baker, EMTI program director at Crown College, at 952-446-4171 or email@example.com. Class schedules and offerings can be found on the Crown College website.
