Full-body resistance training from the comfort of your chair

Anyone can start a resistance training program, and it doesn't have to be hard.  If you are unfamiliar with exercise and/or have never exercised in the past, the thought of starting up can sometimes be intimidating. There are a lot of things that you can do in the comfort of your own home that can be an effective form of exercise.  Here are 6 easy chair exercises that will focus on your whole body and give you a good base of strength.  These exercises can be done every day and shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to complete.  These are a great way to get started!
