Text Message Notifications  

Ridgeview and its affiliates may deliver information via recurring SMS (Short Message Service) text alerts to “opted-in” subscribers. These text notifications include updates regarding visits, MyChart accounts, one-time passcodes, billing notifications, prescription reminders and care management.

Text messages should not be relied on for emergency communications. In most cases the SMS text alerts are one-way communications where the recipient is unable to reply.

Message Frequency

The frequency of text messages will vary based on the number of text message services in which the patient is enrolled and frequency of services received from Ridgeview.

User Opt-Out

To opt-out of SMS messages simply reply STOP.  A confirmation message will confirm that that the recipient has unsubscribed.
