Visitor Information

Ridgeview recognizes that visitors are an important part of a patient’s treatment and care and encourages family and friends to visit.

Visiting Hours

Recommended visiting hours at Ridgeview hospital campuses:

  • Arlington, Le Sueur and Waconia hospital campuses: 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Chaska Campus (Two Twelve Medical Center): 8 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

While these are the recommended visiting hours, Ridgeview will accommodate visits outside of these times.

If the main entrance is closed at any location, enter through the Emergency Department.

The time and length of a visit and the number of individuals visiting may be limited due to patient preference, the rest needs of the patient, and other factors determined by the care team.

Visitor Guidelines
