Ridgeview’s 15th Annual Under the Harvest Moon Gala Raises More than $400,000 to Support Local Health Care and Workforce Development

Waconia, Minn.— Nov. 26, 2025 – Ridgeview marked a milestone year with its 15th annual Under the Harvest Moon gala, held Nov. 22 at the elegant Bavaria Downs venue in Chaska, Minn. This year’s event embraced a vibrant Totally 80s theme, creating an unforgettable evening of nostalgia, fun and philanthropy.

Emceed by Fox 9 Chief Meteorologist Ian Leonard and KSTP/Twin Cities Live Reporter Kristin Haubrich, the gala remains one of Ridgeview’s most impactful fundraising events, generating more than $400,000 annually to strengthen health care services and invest in workforce strategy initiatives. These funds help Ridgeview recruit, train and retain skilled professionals—ensuring exceptional care for the communities it serves.

“Philanthropy is the reason Ridgeview can continue to grow and care for this community,” said Kelly Mulleady, Executive Director, Ridgeview Foundation. “Every dollar raised through events like Under the Harvest Moon helps us invest in our greatest resource: our people. By supporting education, training and leadership development, we’re ensuring that Ridgeview caregivers have the tools and confidence they need to deliver exceptional care close to home. When we care for our caregivers, we keep our entire community healthy.”
Highlights of the evening included:

  • A dazzling 80s-inspired atmosphere complete with neon lights, retro music and themed photo opportunities.
  • A live auction featuring all new exclusive experiences and packages.
