What is the monthly giving program?
The monthly giving program allows donors to easily make their gift to Ridgeview Foundation in regular monthly installments from a credit card or checking/savings account.
How does it help Ridgeview Foundation?
Monthly contributions provide Ridgeview Medical Center with an on-going, reliable source of funding. Gifts made through this program reduce our administrative costs and allow more of each gift to be used immediately to support Ridgeview’s top priorities. Monthly gifts are also "greener," by cutting down on use of paper and gas, and emissions produced by mailings.
How does it help you?
Enrolling in the program means you won’t have to worry about writing and sending a check, and the number of phone and mail reminders you receive from Ridgeview Foundation will decrease. If you choose to allow deductions to continue from year to year, you will be counted among Ridgeview’s most loyal and valued donors.
Monthly giving also allows you to make your yearly contribution at the Ridgeview Friends & Family* or Founder’s Society** giving club levels because your gift is divided into manageable monthly increments. Please consider joining one of these giving clubs.
Monthly amounts may need to be adjusted during the first year if enrollment begins after January to ensure the desired giving level is achieved.

How can you participate?
- Credit Card – For monthly gifts made via credit card, visit our secure giving page and select “Recurring Gift.” For continuing gifts, simply enter “12” for number of payments and write “ongoing” in the special instructions box. You can also download, complete and return the Monthly Giving Authorization Form [PDF].
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – For monthly gifts made via bank draft, complete the Monthly Giving Authorization Form [PDF] and return it along with a voided check or deposit slip.
Please return completed forms to Attn: Trista Gilchrist, Annual Fund Coordinator, and email to Ridgeview Foundation at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A record of each gift will appear on your bank or credit card statement, and you will receive an annual receipt from Ridgeview Foundation in January for your tax records.
Sign and send your Monthly Giving Authorization Form [PDF] and guarantee your support for Ridgeview every year!

Please remember to contact Ridgeview Foundation when you close accounts, change banks or get an updated expiration date for your credit card.
*Ridgeview Friends & Family is the largest giving club at Ridgeview Foundation, consisting of over1,000 passionate community members and Ridgeview employees who annually give $100 or more in support of Ridgeview or who participate in the Employee Giving Program.
**Founder’s Society is a distinguished group of benefactors helping to enhance the health and well-being of the people in the communities served by Ridgeview Medical Center and Clinics. Founder’s Society members donate at the $10,000 level and above.
