At Ridgeview, our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide exceptional care for our community. But we can’t fulfill this mission unless we first take care of the people who make it possible: our nurses, clinicians and care teams.

From advanced imaging equipment to expanded mental health services, our community’s past investments in Ridgeview only deliver results to our patients when Ridgeview staff are trained, equipped, and supported to put them into practice.

That’s why Ridgeview Foundation is launching a philanthropic initiative to support the education, growth, and resiliency of our healthcare team. By helping our people reach their fullest potential, we strengthen our ability to care for every patient who depends on us.

Clinical Education & Simulation Training – Your gift will provide real-world training and specialty certifications to ensure caregivers have the skills and confidence to excel.

Career Advancement Pathways – Your philanthropy will help us build clear career pathways, from CNA to RN, RN to BSN and administrative internships through expanded access to tuition support. Additionally, partnerships with MedCerts provide short-term certifications for medical assistants, surgical techs, nursing assistants and more, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent.

Leadership Development – Your philanthropy will expand leadership pathways with structured training programs and mentorship.

Nurse Residency Program – Your gift helps us bring our Nurse Residency Program in-house with nationally recognized curriculum, expand clinical placements through academic partnerships and enhance simulation-based training with emerging technologies.
