Critical Access Hospitals
The team at the Ridgeview Le Sueur Campus understands how health care screenings and diagnostics can improve community wellness. Your
generosity will allow us to bring back endoscopy for screenings and diagnostics, enhance preventive cancer screenings and expand rehab therapy services.
The results of the community’s philanthropy is apparent at the Ridgeview Arlington Campus, with the addition of the chemo/infusion treatment area, campus-wide updates and more. Now, your donations will help us upgrade aging infrastructure, add mammography equipment and invest in technologically advanced stretchers in the Emergency Department.
Women & Children’s Services
Birthing Center and NICU
Look around and you can see how fast our community is growing, with an influx of younger families who expect access to the very best health care. Ridgeview must be ready, which is why we’re raising funds to replace aging equipment in our Birthing Center and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and to support more staff education to ensure our teams are trained and ready for any medical situation.
Pediatrics
Your donations allowed us to advance the training and education of staff so we can care for more children close to home. We’ve introduced a newborn hospital rounding model and expanded additional pediatric services, including a Limited-Stay Unit so more children with specific diagnoses can be treated at Ridgeview. Philanthropy will continue to support these areas, along with providing pediatric-specific equipment and technology to support the unique developmental needs of our pediatric patients.
Cardiology
Heart disease is the leading cause of death worldwide, which is why we are bolstering our technology to increase patient outcomes. Your support will help purchase a NAEOTOM Alpha® heart scanner, an innovation that redefines cardiovascular care. As the world’s first photon-counting CT, this technology delivers unmatched imaging precision, reducing the need for invasive procedures and providing faster, more accurate diagnoses for heart disease. With enhanced clarity at lower radiation doses, it allows for earlier detection and more confident treatment decisions.

Spine
Back pain affects nearly one-third of all adults, and for many in our community, specialized spine care means traveling to the metro for surgery. Your generosity will help equip Ridgeview with state-of-the-art navigation and robotic technology designed specifically for spine surgeries, as well as a complex spine surgery platform. These advancements will allow for more minimally invasive treatments, reducing recovery times and improving outcomes.
Mental Health Services
Our Mental Health Services are made possible because of your generosity. We now provide mental health crisis consults, telepsychiatry consults and mental health patient placement services at all four Ridgeview Emergency Departments. Inpatient consult liaison services (i.e. psychiatry consults) are also available at our Waconia Campus and Two Twelve Medical Center in Chaska. Additional donations will support these things, along with the implementation of outpatient programs including day treatment/intensive outpatient care, addiction programming and more.
