Lisa Fronek, DO, specializes in micrographic dermatologic surgery, commonly referred to as Mohs surgery, for the management of high-risk and complex skin cancers. Dr. Fronek’s background in Mohs surgery and high-risk skin cancer allows her to approach care with both precision and empathy — whether treating a complex skin cancer or helping someone stay active and feel confident in their skin. She believes in clear communication, evidence-based care, and building lasting relationships that help her patients feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Dr. Fronek’s medical interests also include the management of other high-risk dermatology patients, such as organ transplant recipients, and the merging of sports medicine and dermatology — particularly in optimizing skin health and performance for active individuals.
When she’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Fronek enjoys staying active through tennis, softball, basketball, hiking and training for half marathons. She is an avid film enthusiast who enjoys going to movies and attending film festivals.
