Specialties:

Sleep Medicine

Jennifer Hruska, MD, MPH, sees patients at Ridgeview’s Sleep Medicine practice. Dr. Hruska’s special medical interests include sleep during pregnancy and its impact on maternal and fetal outcomes; the relationship between weight and sleep disorders; parasomnias; sleep-disordered breathing; and the effects of sleep deprivation on overall well-being.

Dr. Hruska is passionate about improving her patients’ physical and mental health and is committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive care. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported and empowered throughout their health care journey.

Dr. Hruska was inspired to pursue medicine by her father, Ridgeview pulmonologist Roger Gallup, MD. Witnessing his dedication to patient care and the meaningful impact he had on others motivated her to follow a similar path in medicine.

In her free time, Dr. Hruska enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, daughter and their goldendoodle, traveling, hiking and sports — especially football.

Favorite wellness tip: Sleep in a cool, dark, electronics-free room and prioritize getting seven to eight hours of sleep each night. Quality sleep helps improve mood, energy, focus and overall health and well-being.
