Gary J. Gronstedt, DO

Gary Gronstedt, DO, specializes in adolescent and young adult psychiatry. His professional interests include anxiety disorders, OCD, mood disorders, teaching and LGBTQIQ+ mental health issues. He is board certified in general psychiatry and child/adolescent psychiatry from the American Board of Osteopathic Neurology and Psychiatry.

Dr. Gronstedt uses a holistic approach to working with patients and tailors their treatment based on evidence-based practice. He practices a collaborative care approach that enhances quality of care and treatment outcomes. His goal is to continue working to reduce the stigma of mental illness and be a positive role model in the field of mental health, especially to early career providers. He believes in the importance of being humble and actively listening when meeting his patients.

Outside of seeing patients, Dr. Gronstedt enjoys fitness, music, traveling and spending time with his animals.
