Steps to Healing

• When you call for your first appointment, our care team will ask you a few questions about your wound and your overall health.
• During your first visit, our team of doctors, nurses and therapists will thoroughly evaluate your wound and review your health and medical history.
• We may conduct tests to tell us more about your blood flow and tissue oxygenation. We will also determine if there is an infection present in your wound. 
• Together with your physician, we will develop a treatment program based on your special wound needs. Your program will involve regular visits to the center. Your progress is documented and adjusted as necessary.
