At Ridgeview, scheduled video visits are available from most primary and several specialty care providers. You can contact any Ridgeview Clinics location to schedule your visit. Established patients have the option to self-schedule through MyChart.
- Patients must be located in Minnesota at the time of the visit to receive care.
- To schedule an appointment for a child or other family member, appropriate proxy authorization must be established.

Are Video Visits Covered by Insurance?
Video visits are billed and covered in the same way as in-person office visits. Your insurance company will likely cover your visit at the same rate as an office visit. Please contact your insurance company directly to confirm coverage.
