Video Visits
Face-to-face video visits are similar to an in-person visit where your provider will ask questions, perform an exam and provide treatment. At Ridgeview, video visits are available for several appointment types including urgent care and visits with your primary care provider and several specialty care providers.
Virtual Urgent Care
Virtual urgent care is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (not available on holidays).
