Program Support Staff

Missy Oltmann, RN, supervisor, Ridgeview Mental Health Services program
Missy joined Allina Health in 2024 and has been working in patient care at hospital-based clinics, Partial Hospitalization Programs and assisted with the opening of Ridgeview Mental Health Services program. Prior to joining Allina Health, Missy worked for Hutchinson Healthcare, where she was a mental health nurse and nurse manager of the inpatient mental health unit. 

When she’s not working, Missy enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Hayden Peters, CMA
Prior to joining the Allina Health/Ridgeview team in 2025, Hayden has worked in Orthopedics as a CNA, Inpatient Adolescent Mental Health as a Behavioral Health Technician, and Surgery Oncology as a CMA.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys baking, completing puzzles and spending time with her family and pets.

Julie Bailey
Julie sees patients in the Partial Hospitalization and Day Treatment Programs at Mercy-Unity Campus and Abbott Northwestern hospitals. Before Allina Health, Julie worked at Prairie Care where she was a program support specialist, helping patients with a variety of mental health diagnoses. 

Outside of work, Julie enjoys reading, being in nature, and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
