By phone or online, a nurse or provider will ask you screening questions to determine your next steps.
Mildly ill patients should be encouraged to stay home and contact their health care provider for guidance about clinical management. Patients who have severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, should seek care immediately. Older patients and individuals who have underlying medical conditions or are immunocompromised should contact their physician early in the course of even a mild illness.

COVID-19 evaluation and testing available at six Ridgeview locations

Ridgeview is offering COVID-19 evaluation and testing for any symptomatic persons age 12 and older (testing for patients under age 12 may be performed if considered appropriate by the provider) at the following designated locations:

Ridgeview Belle Plaine Clinic

Ridgeview Delano Clinic

Ridgeview Excelsior Clinic

Urgent Care at Ridgeview Le Sueur Medical Center
