By phone or online, a nurse or provider will ask you screening questions to determine your next steps.
Mildly ill patients should be encouraged to stay home and contact their health care provider for guidance about clinical management. Patients who have severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, should seek care immediately. Older patients and individuals who have underlying medical conditions or are immunocompromised should contact their physician early in the course of even a mild illness.

Minnesota COVID-19 Response Testing Locations

COVID-19 evaluation and testing available at Ridgeview locations

Ridgeview is offering COVID-19 evaluation and testing for any symptomatic persons. To schedule an appointment, call Ridgeview's COVID-19 Call Center at 952-442-7811. Patients requesting evaluation and testing will be referred to one of the designated testing locations listed below. Established patients seeking Antibody testing should contact their regular provider. You should receive communication regarding your test results by text message or phone in three to seven days.
