Q: How does my insurance coverage work once I sign up for the program?
A: To enroll in our concierge medicine program, you pay an annual membership fee. The membership fee provides you with exclusive access to our concierge medicine physicians and services. For minor in-office procedures not covered by insurance, you/the patient is responsible to pay the balance.

A: No; full payment is required at the time of enrollment.
Q: How do I schedule a Concierge Medicine appointment?
A: For your convenience and exclusive access, you may call the Concierge Medicine phone line at 952-777-5439. You do not need to call a Ridgeview Clinics’ phone number. You may also schedule your appointment through MyChart, our secure online patient portal, at www.ridgeviewmedical.org/mychart
Q: If my Concierge Medicine physician is not available, may I see another?
A: We will check the other provider’s schedule for availability and schedule you with that physician if possible.
