Volunteer at Ridgeview
Volunteers at Ridgeview are people of various ages and in different stages of their lives. Currently, the minimum age to volunteer is 18 years of age. All of our volunteers share one common value: service to others. Some individuals serve as part of their retirement activities or as a way to give back to the community, while others participate to gain exposure to the health care environment.
Ridgeview has a broad range of volunteer positions to accommodate different life stages, interests and schedules. Volunteers participate in many different opportunities throughout Ridgeview and the hospice program. They are an indispensable part of Ridgeview’s team.
To volunteer at Ridgeview, you must be at least 18 years of age, successfully complete a state background study with fingerprinting and receive a full immunization verification through our Employee Health Department. We ask that you commit to 100 volunteer hours in a year. Volunteers are also required to complete annual education requirements each fall.
