Achieving a Healthy Balance

The 15th annual Achieving a Healthy Balance was held on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017 and attendess said the following about the event:

Oak Ridge Conference Center was filled with women eager to hear Stephanie Braunwarth lead the group in a centering meditation. Susan Miles taught the value of mindfulness based stress reduction, and Annie Fenn spoke about how to eat to protect and nourish yoour brain for optimal health. Valuable funds were raised to support the renovation of the Norman and Ann Hoffman Emergency Center in Waconia.
