The Ridgeview Norman and Ann Hoffman Emergency Center addition continues to take shape

Construction continues on Ridgeview’s Norman and Ann Hoffman Emergency Center project on the Waconia campus.

Stone, brick and glass has been installed on the north and south sides and stone installation is progressing on the east side of the addition. Inside the building, the lower level walls are being framed in and utilities are being installed. The existing building exterior wall has been cut and work to build the new corridor to the lower level will begin soon.

The $18.8 million, 23,000-square-foot remodel and ED expansion also includes space for Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab on the lower level. The first phase, which includes Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab and the Emergency Department addition is expected to open in late fall 2019. The entire project will be complete in fall of 2020.
