Waconia, Minn. (Aug. 15, 2016)—Ridgeview Medical Center and The Lutheran Home Association hosted a groundbreaking for the new Ridgeview Health Campus in Belle Plaine on Thursday, Aug. 11. Nearly 50 people attended the event, including representatives from Ridgeview and The Lutheran Home Association—and their Boards of Directors—as well as the City of Belle Plaine and the project’s construction partners.

Robert Stevens, Ridgeview President & Chief Executive Officer, spoke at the event, as did Michael Klatt, President & Chief Executive Officer, The Lutheran Home Association; and Mike Pingalore, Mayor of Belle Plaine. Pastor Joel Gaertner, The Lutheran Home Association, offered a blessing and prayer before the ceremonial groundbreaking.
 
Located at 165 Commerce Drive West (Highway 169) in Belle Plaine, construction on the nearly 100,000 square foot campus will begin the week of Aug. 15, with a projected completion in late spring 2017.

The Ridgeview Health Campus is a new health and wellness destination located at 165 Commerce Drive West (Highway 169) in Belle Plaine, Minnesota. Owned and operated in partnership by Ridgeview Medical Center and The Lutheran Home Association, the nearly 100,000-square-foot campus will include the Ridgeview Belle Plaine Clinic, KingsPath Senior Living (a ministry of The Lutheran Home Association), First Choice Pharmacy (including drive-up), Shape It Up Fitness–Belle Plaine, Ridgeview Rehab Specialties, a wellness area, community room, outdoor walking paths and more.
