Ridgeview Foundation announces 2013 scholarship criteria and instructions
Waconia, Minn.—Jan. 18, 2013—Ridgeview Foundation believes strongly in supporting students who choose to pursue careers in health care and, through its Health Care Scholarship Program, offers area high school students the opportunity to win a $1,000 scholarship. Through generous contributions from the community and Ridgeview employees, we are privileged to offer these scholarships to the future generation of health care workers.
Application deadline, March 31
Please carefully read the information materials below for eligibility and details about the application process. If you are interested in applying for the scholarship, complete the online application no later than Sunday, March 31, 2013, by 8:00 p.m. If you do not wish to fill out the application online, you may download it, then send your completed application to Ridgeview Foundation.
To be eligible for this scholarship, all of the following components must be submitted: your completed student application (which includes an essay of no more than 500 words,) and a minimum of one Letter of Recommendation.
How students are chosen for scholarship
Scholarship recipients will be chosen, up to one per school, by April 15, 2013. These recipients are determined by the Scholarship Committee based on eligibility, academics, community service, determination and Letter of Recommendation. All winners will be notified by mail.
