Ridgeview has been named a Healthgrades 2018 Outstanding Patient Experience Award™ recipient and is among the top 5% in the nation for delivering a positive experience for patients during their hospital stay. This performance is measured by Healthgrades, the leading online resource that helps consumers search, evaluate, compare and connect with physicians and hospitals.
Ridgeview was one of 13 hospitals in Minnesota to receive the Outstanding Patient Experience Award in 2018. The Outstanding Patient Experience Award™ recognizes hospitals that provide an overall outstanding patient experience– as reported by patients. Healthgrades evaluates patient experience performance by applying a scoring methodology to 10 patient experience measures, from a 32-question survey of the hospital’s own patients.
