Free high school sports physicals

Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) and Ridgeview Medical Center are partnering to offer free Minnesota High School League Sports qualifying physical exams at TCO Waconia.

Physicians, athletic trainers and staff from Twin Cities Orthopedics and Ridgeview Medical Center will conduct the physicals, which will include:

• Height, weight, vitals, vision, review of medications and/or allergy status
• Complete physical exam (heart, lungs, neuro)
• Complete musculoskeletal exam

All participating student-athletes will receive free drawstring backpacks, drinks and nutrition bars.

*Screenings are intended for the generally healthy athlete without any known pre-existing health problems. Individuals with diagnosed health conditions should consult with their physician for a more in-depth physical.

Priority and a one-hour time block will be given to those who RSVP. Walk-ins are welcome but are not guaranteed to be seen. Students who register 2 or more days in advance will be entered into a drawing for an iPad Mini! **Space is Limited**

REQUIREMENT: The Minnesota High School Sports Qualifying Physical Examination Clearance Form must be signed by parent or parent must be present.
