Ridgeview’s Spine & Pain practice has been designated as a Blue Distinction^® Center+ for Spine Surgery by Blue Cross Blue Shield. This designation signifies that Ridgeview’s Spine & Pain program has met nationally established selection criteria by demonstrating expertise in delivering quality specialty care, safely and effectively.

To achieve this designation, facilities are evaluated based on quality measures developed through a collaborative process involving the medical community, Blue Plans and quality measurement experts. Blue Distinction Centers+ demonstrate quality care, treatment expertise, lower readmission rates and fewer reoperations. In addition to quality care and achieving better patient results, they also provide care that is more affordable.

Ridgeview’s Spine & Pain team diagnoses and treats patients with acute and chronic pain conditions to reduce pain, improve function and enhance quality of life.
