Ridgeview again named among top 5% in nation for patient experience Healthgrades 2025 Outstanding Patient Experience Award™ Recipient

Ridgeview announced that it has been recognized as a 2025 Outstanding Patient Experience Award™ recipient by Healthgrades, the leading resource consumers use to find a hospital or doctor. This distinction places Ridgeview among the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for patient experience for the fifth year in a row (2021-2025) – and one of only six in Minnesota hospitals to be recognized as such in 2025 – and marks the 17th consecutive year (2009-2025) Ridgeview is an award recipient in the top 15% nationwide.

Each year, Healthgrades recognizes the top hospitals nationwide that provide an exceptional experience for their patients during their hospital stay. As part of its annual analysis, Healthgrades evaluated more than 3,000 hospitals that submitted at least 100 standardized patient surveys developed by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The survey includes admissions from January 2023 to December 2023. Of those hospitals evaluated, Ridgeview outperformed its peers ― based on feedback from its own patients ― to achieve this award.
