Ridgeview Foundation Receives Grant from Million Dollar Round Table Foundation
The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Foundation has awarded a $5,000 grant to Ridgeview Foundation to support Ridgeview’s home care and hospice programs. The funding will be used to ensure that Ridgeview patients continue to receive excellent in-home care and end-of-life support for years to come.
The MDRT Foundation provides grants to a diverse range of worthwhile charitable organizations throughout the world, providing hope and opportunity to those in need. This year, the foundation will award over $1 million to more than 280 organizations worldwide.
Tim Foster, a member of MDRT and a director on the Ridgeview Foundation Board, endorsed the generous grant to Ridgeview Foundation. Foster has served on the Ridgeview Foundation Board of Directors since 2013, co-chairing initiatives to establish the Ridgeview Regional Heart Center and raise over $37 million for a women and children’s center, neonatal care unit and hospice home.
“We are extremely grateful for Tim’s continued leadership and dedication and for his help in securing the MDRT grant for the home care and hospice programs,” explained Doug Stasek, executive director of Ridgeview Foundation. “With the help of this grant, Ridgeview will continue to provide superior care for patients facing life-limiting and end-of life issues.”
