- Ridgeview is accredited by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), ensuring that certain health and safety requirements are met to best serve patients. Notably, 2025 is the first year Ridgeview Le Sueur Campus was surveyed and achieved accreditation as a Critical Access Hospital. DNV's accreditation program is based on innovation and accountability and requires continual quality improvement. Learn how to report a concern about Ridgeview to our accrediting agency.
- In January 2025, Ridgeview’s Sleep Medicine program was reaccredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
- Ridgeview's Imaging services are accredited in MRI, ultrasound and mammography by the American College of Radiology (ACR). The ACR evaluates images submitted by facilities and issues accreditations to those that achieve high performance and quality standards.
- In August 2025, Ridgeview's Bariatric & Weight Loss service was reaccredited as a Comprehensive Center for both surgical and non-surgical weight loss under the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP).
- In December 2024, Ridgeview’s Waconia and Chaska hospital campuses were redesignated as Acute Stroke Ready Hospitals (ASRH) by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).
- Ridgeview’s Waconia Campus is certified by the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) as a Geriatric Emergency Department Accreditation (GEDA) recipient. Since 2021, Ridgeview has held the Level 3 GEDA and was the first health system in Minnesota to achieve this accreditation.
- In August 2024, Cardiac Rehabilitation at Ridgeview Waconia Campus was recertified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR). Ridgeview's Cardiac Rehabilitation program has held this certification since 2000.
- In September 2024, Ridgeview Chaska Campus’ Emergency Department at Two Twelve Medical Center was redesignated as a Level IV Trauma Hospital by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).
- In March 2025, Ridgeview Clinics was recertified as a Level 3 Health Care Home by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), the highest level of certification.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services offers a consumer website called Hospital Compare. Here you can find information about how Ridgeview and other hospitals nationwide treat patients with three of the most common medical conditions requiring hospitalization. These conditions are heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia.
