Injury Care for Athletes

Ridgeview has devised a program to help athletes reduce pain, treat minor injuries and improve recovery time between workouts. Injury Care for Athletes is a group-rehab setting; however, your program will be tailored to fit your injury needs.

You will see an athletic trainer for part of your care and will perform additional rehab independently. Using our unique blend of sports medicine equipment to help you recover quickly, you can increase muscle strength, power, agility, balance, coordination and, ultimately, improve your overall athletic performance. Some injuries may require further testing or one-on-one rehab. In this case, we will refer you to a physical therapist who specializes in sports medicine.

Of course, not all injuries can be prevented, but you can improve your recovery time when you’re feeling the pain caused by one. Contact Ridgeview Rehab Specialties; we will partner with you, your parents and your coach through all your sports medicine needs.

FREE Saturday Acute Injury Care Clinic

Free walk-in injury care services are offered to athletes of schools with which Ridgeview Rehab Specialties provides contracted services.

If a participating school athlete is injured in a Friday night game, he or she may visit Ridgeview Rehab Specialties’ free clinic the next morning. Certified athletic trainers will provide care to the injured athlete and determine the next steps to help an athlete return to participation as soon as possible.

This is a FREE service, although if further consultation or imaging service is recommended, insurance billing will apply.
