Ridgeview Foundation hosting 29th Annual Golf & Taste Celebration

Waconia, MN (June 2, 2014)—Ridgeview Foundation will host its 29th Annual Golf & Taste Celebration at Island View Golf Club in Waconia on Monday, June 23. As Ridgeview Foundation’s largest fundraiser, the annual Golf & Taste event brings more than 1,000 people together to raise funds for Ridgeview Medical Center. Volunteers, golfers, bridge and bunco players, employees, leadership and guests join for a common purpose: to help transform health care.

Since 1986, more than $6.8 million has been raised to expand the technology and services available to people and communities in the five-county area served by Ridgeview. Proceeds from this year’s event will support the Every Moment Counts campaign, which focuses on raising endowment funds and capital gifts to help secure Ridgeview’s future.

Golf and so much more

The day-long event begins with morning golf, followed by a Bridge Tournament, afternoon golf and a Bunco Tournament. The evening Taste Celebration has continued to be a highlight each year, with a large number of local restaurants and vendors serving food and refreshments.

The celebration also includes a silent auction, dinner and program, a live auction and raffle drawing.

To register to participate in the bridge or Bunco tournaments, or purchase raffle tickets or a ticket to the Taste Celebration, call Ridgeview Foundation at 952-442-6010 or visit www.ridgeviewmedical.org/events. These tickets can also be purchased at the event on June 23.
