Food drive planned at Delano High School to recognize National Athletic Training Month

Food drive planned at Delano High School

Waconia, Minn.—Feb. 8, 2013— March is National Athletic Training Month and to celebrate, Ridgeview Sports Medicine is hosting a food drive at upcoming Delano High School home games. Please help support the profession of athletic training and give back to the community by bringing your nonperishable donations to the following games:

  • Feb. 12: Boys Hockey
  • Feb. 19:  Boys Basketball
  • Feb. 22: Girls Basketball

All donations will go to the Delano Food Shelf.

Ridgeview Sports Medicine serves the Delano school district and other area schools with athletic trainers who are often on site at local high school events. Athletic trainers specialize in preventing, evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating physically active people.
