In fall 2007, the new 11,000-square-foot Ridgeview Heart Center became a reality, offering capabilities to treat patients who previously were transferred to hospitals outside Ridgeview's service area. The Ridgeview Heart Center provides advanced cardiology services on the hospital campus and outreach services to Ridgeview and associated clinics.
In its efforts to provide patients with the highest-quality cardiac care services, Ridgeview partners with the Minneapolis Heart Institute at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, whose cardiologists
have a full-time presence on our campus to provide:
- Expanded cardiology clinic services
- Outpatient services
- A cardiac catheterization lab
- Noninvasive cardiovascular care
