This refresher class provides parents with a review and update of birthing procedures. You will be given The Gift of Parenthood, a childbirth education guidebook, at class. This one-session class includes breathing and relaxation review, delivery update, sibling preparation, and an optional birthing room and nursery tour. Please bring 2 pillows & 1 blanket.
